To ensure the long term integrity of monuments, each grave contains pre-poured concrete foundations. The foundations provide a stable base for the monument.
Bunurong Memorial Park also offers concrete lined graves. These are often referred to as Vaults. While these burial areas look like other Monumental Graves, there is a significant difference underneath the monument, within the ground. These graves are lined with reinforced concrete and usually provide for a maximum of two caskets.
