Living and Dying Well – An Opportunity to learn, contemplate and value life

Springvale Botanical Cemetery - The Clarence Reardon Centre, 10:30am

I am going to find out what death means because it is as important as living.”
- Krisnamurti

This workshop will provide an immersive experience and opportunity to explore the following:

1. Our fears around death and dying
2. Contemplating our mortality and overcoming our fears through breath, music, poetry and books
3. What happens after death – on site visits at the cemetery
4. Living Well

We will create a safe and sensitive environment to explore issues that many of us are afraid to think and learn about. Contemplating these issues is a way to remind us of what we hold to be truly important in life. You will come away feeling more at ease and focused on living well.

Who should attend: This workshop is for people who have begun to consider their own mortality and ideally have attended other workshops at SMCT. I welcome inquiries and happy to explore if this is a good program for you. Numbers are limited. Please call Sunita on 0467 258008 or email Sunita.varlamos@smct.org.au

This workshop will be held at Springvale Botanical Cemetery. This is a free event with morning tea and lunch provided
