Guidance through the first steps

At Bunurong Memorial Park our family focused Customer Care Consultants are on hand to help you and to respectfully guide you through the process at this difficult time.

We recognise and respect all personal, religious and cultural preferences and understand that you may have special requirements. We will do everything within our power to accommodate your requests.

We respect your right to pause and reflect and to make choices. We understand that you will need to take the time to make decisions that feel right for you.

Should you require any advice over the phone, please feel free to call us on (03) 9788 9488, without obligation.

If it will help, we can come to you, or please feel free to come and meet with us so we can talk about your requirements and help in the following ways:

Determining whether prior arrangements have been made

You may wish to look for relevant documents, however if papers can’t be found, we can search our database for you. If you find paperwork that relates to arrangements that have been made, we can explain these to you.

Helping you make decisions that feel right for you

In instances where prior arrangements have not been made (or wishes have not been expressed), we can provide you with information to help you make the most appropriate decisions.

Helping you to find a funeral director

We can provide you with a list of funeral directors who are registered with us and have a clear understanding of how to manage the most appropriate funeral service within Bunurong Memorial Park.

Booking a Reflection Space for the service

At Bunurong Memorial Park we have a number of beautiful Reflection Spaces, specifically designed to honour and celebrate the lives of loved ones. We can guide you to the most appropriate space to suit your needs.

We also have two dedicated multi-faith Solace Rooms for private reflection and quiet meditation. These are offered to you, free of charge, to give you an opportunity to pause and reflect.
